Welcome

Ponguinguiola is a non-profit organization which has been working with children ages 5-10 since 1999. We currently work in a fishing community in La Paz, Baja California Sur.

Environmental education is particularly important to us at Ponguinguiola. Our programs help citizens learn about and take ownership of their environmental rights and responsibilities. We develop trash collection and sorting programs in the state of Baja California Sur to deal with environmentally harmful waste, and we run various different awareness-raising initiatives so that our citizens can be sensitive to the damaging effects of single-use plastics on this beautiful state.
